Ashtanga Yoga

This dynamic and physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement. This means that with every movement you either inhale or exhale. This creates an internal heat that cleanses the body from the inside.

Hatha Yoga

It is a form of yoga in which the balance between body and mind is sought primarily by means of physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. Regular practice ensures a holistic balance and can alleviate many common pains such as stress, insomnia, back pain, headache, high blood pressure etc.

Pranayama

Pranayama exercises are targeted breathing techniques and an important part of classic yoga. Regular pranayama has a very intense effect on the body and the autonomic nervous system. Breathing relaxes the mind, muscles and organs and helps to prevent tension in our organism.

Kids Yoga

Children get to know yoga in a playful and fun way and can benefit from the positive effects of yoga in their physical and mental development. They strengthen their muscles, improve the balance, the flexibility of their spine and joints and learn to consciously breathe, tense and relax.
