Hatha Yoga

It is a form of yoga in which the balance between body and mind is sought primarily by means of physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation. Regular practice ensures a holistic balance and can alleviate many common pains such as stress, insomnia, back pain, headache, high blood pressure etc. Through Hatha Yoga we develop a balance between the strength of our muscles and the flexibility of our joints. Hatha Yoga asks us to pay attention to our breath, which helps us to stop mind-wandering and bring the consciousness to the moment of the here and now.

My yoga studio can be reached by bus no. 4 (stop V-Zug or Grienbach) or bus no. 3 (stop Kistenfabrik or Baar Stadtgrenze). There is one outdoor parking space (no. 7, labeled with "Yoga Sansaar") on the south side of the building. The car parks Mobility Hub Zug Nord (13 public parking lots on 1st floor) and GIBZ are 200 m and 550 m away.
