Ashtanga Yoga

This dynamic and physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement. This means that with every movement you either inhale or exhale. This creates an internal heat that cleanses the body from the inside. Ashtanga Yoga is a wonderful yoga practice that, if practiced regularly, strengthens the body, nervous system and mind. Mindfulness towards yourself and others grows.

My yoga studio can be reached by bus no. 4 (stop V-Zug or Grienbach) or bus no. 3 (stop Kistenfabrik or Baar Stadtgrenze). There is one outdoor parking space (no. 7, labeled with "Yoga Sansaar") on the south side of the building. The car parks Mobility Hub Zug Nord (13 public parking lots on 1st floor) and GIBZ are 200 m and 550 m away.
